[Photoshop]-Some features have changed...badly?

Some familiar features have chaged (for me, badly) in Photoshop CS4.

"Pattern Maker" and "Extract" are not installed by default unlike former version of Photoshop.
To install these plugins, install them manually from "Content" menu in DVD or download from here;

Also, "Pixel Aspect Ratio" has moved from "Image" menu in CS3 to "View" menu in CS4.
